Unlike most real estate companies, we reserve our website space and marketing efforts for our dedicated clients who have chosen to deal exclusively with us. We feel it is not fair to you, our client, to compete with other "open" or "net" listings that may not truly be for sale and are what we call "fishing expeditions".
